GENERAL PROCESS: (will vary depending on type of commission)
1) Send me an email ( shadilyn@gmail.com ) with the TYPE of commission you are looking for. Anime cellshaded characters? 16 black and white comic pages? Game graphics? Be descriptive!
2) Reply: Based on the information you provided, I'll email you back with a price, and estimated date of completion. I may reject your request (though unlikely.) [?]
3) Please email me back with a yes or no. For commissions over $30, I require you send half of the payment after the inital rough sketch is completed, and other half after completion.
4) The initial sketch will be very messy. :P It looks something like this. Chibi commissions will skip steps 4 and 5.
5) Feedback. Email me back and tell me what you think. Change up the composition? Arm too long? Keep in mind that the finished version will be much cleaner, so don't worry about stray lines.
6) Finishing the Commission. After the initial sketch is approved, I will no longer be accepting major adjustments. Upon completion, I will email you a small watermarked version of the image.
7) Further Edits? If you would like any minor adjustments at this point, please feel free to request it. I will allow a maximum of up to 3 rounds of final edits. Or, if you are happy with the image as is...
8) Payment. I highly prefer payment through PayPal. If you would like to pay via Credit Card, I can send you an electronic invoice using PayPal. Pay by cash at your own risk.
9) Sending you the file. After I receive payment, I will email you the large unwatermarked version. You will only recieve the digital file unless negotiated otherwise. I reserve the right to display the commission on my website, unless requested otherwise.
